At Social Butterflies, we put great effort into planning and preparing for our events to ensure an amazing experience for all attendees. As a result, we have a strict no-refund policy on all bookings.
Policy Details:
No Refunds – All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling – If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule for a future event (subject to availability). Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
Transfers – You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t attend. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Cancellations by Us – In the unlikely event that Social Butterflies cancels an event, you will be given the option of a full refund or credit towards a future event.
